We enjoyed a wonderful weekend long celebration with our families. Turkey Day we were at Meg's with the Wrona clan and then on Saturday we went to my Mom's to visit with the Zorabedian gang. There was a lot of excitement over our little man and he was pretty much passed around like a bag of chips but he held up like a champ.
The weekend also included Liam's first balloon which was a huge hit. And our little guy has suddenly become much more vocal and really seems to be trying to communicate. I'll try to capture his latest babble on video soon. It's really cute!
All in all, it was a really great, exhausting, exciting, sleepless (of course) and silly weekend and we can't wait until Christmas to visit with everyone again!!

Our Sears photo shoot was a disaster! I think that we managed to get one decent shot out of it but overall, we were not dealing with a happy Santa baby. Liam was hungry, tired and I don't think he liked the outfit I picked out for him. After a hot and cranky hour we left for home. Of course, he was all giggles at that point! Here are a few of the "candids" we took at home.
Liam gets it!
We started playing the "Jump, jump, jump" game yesterday which consists of, you guessed it, jumping on Mommy's lap. Well, today I put him in his jumperoo and he figured out that it's for jumping in.
It's the little things that make life with baby so adorable :)

Little Liam had his 6 month well baby visit yesterday and I wanted to share his stats with you all.
He weighs 18 lbs and is 27 1/4" tall! The poor boy had to get 4 shots, including both flu shots but Mamma can breathe a bit easier now that I feel he's better protected against cooties. We had a rough night of it last night with a bit of a fever but he's sleeping in now with a three hour morning nap! He's my little trooper.
I hope to take him to Sears in the next week to get his portrait taken in a cute Santa outfit I found him. I'll get plenty of prints to share, promise.
