Liam is not hung up on things like efficiency.

Liam is finally over his thing with sand!

We went to the playground, all bundled against the face chapping cold, and had the whole place to ourselves.  We ended up in the sandbox and the kid was having a blast!   He cracked me up, though. He was intent on filling a dump truck with sand using the smallest shovel you can picture. And instead of just digging next to the truck he would walk 5 paces in haphazard directions,  seeking out only the best bits of sand.

Sadly, I recognized myself in this behavior.  I chose to believe he is developing a highly selective personality with greatly honed taste.  But really,  I'm sure this is further evidence that I behave with the irrational patterns of a toddler.

Still,  it seems like beach vacations are back on the agenda for the Wronas!

APB! Ju Ju Be has been found!

I repeat, Ju Ju Be has been found!

She was in the refrigerator. Liam's not Mama's.

We decided she was mostly hungry but we took her to the kitty hospital just to be safe.   She only required a bandaid and was released.

So that's why fire engines are red!

Liam and I always drive extra slowly past the fire station in case the doors are open and we can peek at the trucks.   When the doors are closed, we decide that the trucks must be having dinner.

The other day,  Chris and Bub went past the station and the doors were closed.  Chris asked Bub what he thought the trucks were having for dinner.

"Gas.  And strawberries. "

Plan accordingly, there's a lot of traffic this morning.

The Pike is backed up to 495.  Seek alternate routes.

My Bub is afraid of the dark.

He has been sleeping with every single kitty he has which is not a small number!  I dare not risk waking him or I would sneak a picture. Just imagine one young boy and 19 furry cat friends crammed into a toddler bed. There is fake fur poking through the rails and tails and heads every which way.  It's so cute! Poor kiddo.
